RONG AND WRONGER!

My energy level continues to be med/low.  I had hopes of a better rate of improvement than what I am experiencing.  The weather is playing a role in it for me, as I don't want to get overheated and with humidity levels in the 80% and above range it's impossible to be outdoors and not get overheated so short trips in and out and are what Im doing. 

Yesterday I did take a short walk at the State Park not far from here they don't open till 9 am these days they used to open at sun up...and its already quite warm by 9 am but to be honest Im just not rising with any vem to get moving so currently I accept the reality and hope for better things in the not so distant future in other words Im not pushing it!

My one big toe continues to have a red place on it...I wonder if that is where the virus is waiting out it's time...regrouping and getting ready for a new assault? Man I sure hope not...I have been taking my zinc every single day and the vit c there is really not much else I can do!!

Thought for those of you who care to try and understand this PDF file of the Obama Pandemic Playbook here it is... you can download it and take your time browsing it over and it seems like a difficult playbook to understand but if  you take it bit by bit you would see it is a guide on how to access and  identify what kind of response we should be preparing for once we have determined the threat to world health. 

Like Def-con Red kind of thing...I would direct you to pages 31, and continued reading/scanning thru page 68 and  end at the response Phases of 1-3...
Although the entire document is interesting it is long winded and not so to the point it is a Question based tool where ask the right question get the best answers kind of checklist...BUT page 31 shows what kind of response the US GOVT should have put into action in the type pandemic are currently in.  WE should still be in lock down!!! Yet we jumped from Phase 1 to Phase 3 and pretty much skipped phase 2.

Because American's are so poor they can not go for more than 2 weeks with a paycheck...they have no savings to fall back on because their entire check is going out to  daily living expenses, Trump could have  used FEMA funds to pay people to stay home...this would have been a better use of the money than what he did do like give 415million$ to Aqueduct Racetrack to turn defunked buildings into makeshift hospitals!  We did not need those.  All those makeshift hospitals were not even used and to what cost?? PPE and Vents should have been a priority and hiring temp workers in hospitals...asking for Doctors from other nations to  help us... Kushner gave a huge contract to a company without going thru normal procurement channels to make PPE and Vents...we don't even know if they delivered the goods on the 374$million he gave them , Air Boss Defense Immediate Response ....

On Wednesday, a congressional oversight committee released information showing the Trump administration has almost emptied the nation’s stockpile of personal protective equipment. But the administration had sent out just 100 PAPR devices overall as of April 6, to Washington state and Alaska, the data shows.

Stopping the spread should have been the first priority not caring for the infected! ( stop the spread you have no infected) That would be Phase 2....IF he had implemented Phase 1 Stop the Spread...we may not have had phase 2 to deal with.
Stop the spread immediate closing of all Borders NO one leaves NO one comes IN.  Including State Borders!! This did not happen, as US citizens abroad were allowed back in...
and that is how the virus entered the US, in Washington state when a man who had been in Wuhan China returned home. On Jan 15th. 

IF he had put in a BAN we would have been better off he only put in a "restriction" on this point he was right! But it was already too late his 'restrictions' went into effect the end of January...should have done it asa the infection rate in China escalated. 

One thing that did not help is the way China downplayed the seriousness of the spread of the virus through contact.  I think they downplayed it because they somehow had a hand in releasing the virus....you hide your mistakes.  Anyways none of that matters now as we continue to deal with the virus.  Less testing is being done now, and less cases are being found, but we are no where near the threshold of herd immunity.

Just thought it would be of interest to know there was a Pandemic Handbook available for the US Govt to use..they handled this pandemic like they did everything else because they refuse to surround themselves with the right person for the job and gave the top jobs to their cronies who have no education/experience  in the job they are over.  How does the head of Tyson Chicken translate to the being the head of the USDA? This is why our govt is so impotent...the people heading our cabinets are nothing more than bloated billionaires who are there to become more bloated by taking away any restriction that made their bottom line lower.

What does Jared Kushner know about anything? He is the son of a real estate developer convicted of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion, and witness tampering.  How does that translate to Pandemic Supply Procurement?
