the curse of 2020

ednesday...

I have to say today is a NASTY day...it's cold drizzly, and just plain miserable.  And the next two days will be even worse so they say...a dismal end to a dismal year.  A fitting end I think.  

So since I don't want to go out in the nasty drizzle, Im watching the Outer Limits, an old Sci-fi series on Comet - Antenna TV, all day before that tho I was replacing the photos in my old blog posts on my other blog, I'm doing the trip to Canada post and the ones before and after it, I have the photos on Thumb drives so it's easier to do..Very frustrating with the new Blogger it's so hard to get photos loaded, to get text straight and the size you want it to be, the spacing goes haywire...Blogger the worst text editor on the net...now. Another victim of the 2020 curse.  

So I got 3 long posts done and may get one more in before my eyes go wacky.  See Im having to try and figure out from the caption or the paragraph what the photo was.....It's like a memory puzzle.  I had some extra wood waiting on the porch but it may not be enough to last till bedtime so I will use what I have. Flossie went to the porch after dinner she doesn't seem to mind the cold, Annie hangs out with me, she is my new little buddy since Casey passed he was my shadow the past 6 yrs...It was good to see photos of him pop up in the old photos...he almost always traveled with me, and sometimes I had all three of them.

Last night we started watching the Mr. Mercedes series, I watched it back when it was on, had satellite tv then...but its a lot better to binge watch...Well son is out of sorts with me again so he won't be coming over.  He has skipped his therapy for the a month now...HOW is that helping?  So I told him what I thought and he didn't like it.

I think its better if he goes forward without me in the picture for a while. 

After the Holiday I want to get the weird sound in my van checked and repaired if possible, then Im seriously considering going away for a while for my own peace of mind.  We shall see.  I have already written a New Years post so I will take a day off from writing.
