What recourse do we have...

HEN THE COURT IS NO LONGER LEGIT?

The US Supreme Court just made it's self into a mockery of Justice.  The state of TX just like our state, SC, had passed a heartbeat bill to stop women from expressing their constitutional right to end a pregnancy.  This law is so over reaching what's next, a women's curfew?  Will we be told we have to wear wigs like the Jewish women do, will we be told we can no longer drive after 7 pm...and if we are married we must submit to the sexual whim of our husbands???

The Supreme Court did not respond to the legality of this law so by not responding that is like saying we agree?? At least for now women have 49, although some are iffy, states to turn to.  I guess when it comes down to it, Biden will HAVE to appoint more Justices if we are to have fairness and justice in this country,  It's absurd.  So I assume women may be forced to carry the child to term but they can not force them to raise the child, so unless they reverse the "legal abandonment laws"  she can drop that baby off at a church, a fire station or a police department.  If the states wants more babies then I guess they can raise them too. 

I want women to be in charge of that decision not the State, and the walk backwardness of the current GOP is very disturbing, so next will they return to burning witches on stakes again?  The  SCOTUS just showed it's hand and it's completely out of sync with reality.  Surely they don't think this is gonna change anything.  Murder is illegal but look how many happen and go unsolved, yet these same states do not go out of their way to find the murders of people who were born...they just add another name to the list of dead.   SO Now they go after women, doctors, even a cab driver if he took you to a clinic to get an abortion...but this will all be done in a court where 12 people will sit and decide.   Can you even find 12 honest people in TX?  I would say that is not a jury of your peers if its al a conservative panel. 

TEXAS your ass is showing. 

Did you know hysteria as it was once referred to was a women's diagnosis when a woman is out of control in some way, maybe she is depressed, maybe she is having a mental breakdown, but sure enough women who were afflicted with hysteria were sometimes proclaimed and burned as witches, and not only that but one time when I was a paramedic, we went to a clinic up in the Bronx to take a  woman to the ER.  In the doctors notes he said she had a high fever was excited and not coherent and his diagnosis was hysteria.  I questioned him but he stood by his diagnosis.  This woman had just arrived on a plane from South America... 

We transported her I took her vitals she had a high temp, she had tachycardia, and had hot dry skin,  she was delirious and very agitated.  So they put her in isolation, and the next day I was informed that I had to go to the Methodist Hospital for treatment of Bacterial  Meningitis,.  SO not only me but everyone at the clinic, and the plane she flew in on!
This just goes to show how overlooked the well being of women is in this country.
