I really had to laugh Texas is in horrible shape, that's not why Im laughing.  People have died....sadly.

They had snow and very low tempts, they do NOT normally have this type weather, hello Climate Change.  I feel for them, I've been in a similar situation myself, but the funny part is the Jackass Ted Cruz, a Trump crony, a NATIONALISTS, who made a speech telling his constituents that they had a big storm problem coming, they should stay off the roads and stay home, Millions are without power they have no heat no water, they are camped out in their homes, some dying of carbon monoxide poisoning as they try to stay warm in their cars..

So what does Cruz do?  Their Federal Senator??  He gets his family and flies to Cancun Mexico.  Leaving Beto O'Rouke the man who LOST the run for that Senate Seat to deal with the fall out of the storm; he called seniors to see what they needed, he made wellness checks of 300K people.... and President Biden sent FEMA down there to help them out hoping to get the electric back on...POOR utilities, and grid planning  is at the root of the outages.  

So when photos and stories of Cruz's exit to wait out the mayhem in Cancun got out he was seen flying home the very next day,,,he even asked for a police escort from the airport.  Ok lets get this straight,  HE LIED...,since when do parents let their kids say "Lets fly to Cancun," he is saying his kids wanted to go with friends so his wife and he 'escorted" them to Mexico,,,,BIG fat lie,,,His original ticket was through the weekend...he changed it when he got wind of the trouble brewing for him back home.  Yes the media checked on his story....lol

SO he had no plans to return on Thursday as he ended up doing after people started saying "he should resign." NOT to mention he flew to Mexico during a pandemic when people are being asked NOT to fly unless it's completely necessary.  

Then he said, "Im going home to continue working on getting the power back on." REALLY???   He did NOTHING but leave. 

LIAR omg...what  a huge one.  I hope Texans see now that a Socialist Leaning Leader is what we need to have our backs not an all in it for themselves leader like Trillion Dollar Debt Trump, and Cancun Cruz and so many in between them.  If your voting on BS ideology you will be stuck in a snow storm to die.  THEY hate gays, unwed mothers, immigrants, minorities, handouts, and federal aide.  OK, who is gonna take care of you when the shit hits the fan?? Your hate won't put hot water in the pipes. A handout WILL. 

See a President who is doing the job to help the PEOPLE will send generators, will send tankers full of Gas, will send FEMA to help...will get the vaccine doses sitting in dead coolers flown to safety.....this is what a leader does, not CRUZ, He never asked for help to be sent...he bought tickets to Mexico.  He was too busy drinking rum punch and playing spoiled little rich man. 

Yes people it matters, when you put your life on the line you better be hoping you have voted  for someone who would toss you a life line, not toss you under the bus, and someone who has your back and your best interests at heart, not someone who will stab you in the back and pretend you don't exist...who doesn't even consider you, and who flies off to a sunny vacation while you freeze to death in your home.  

YOUR VOTE could save you life, so consider that next time you go to the polls.
