ASH OUT 
46F and rain...not a good day to plan any outdoor activity so I didn't.  I spent the whole day sorting photos, surprised?  Well it beats doing nothing.  It's been fun to recall all those great memories...Many of them included my Mom and Casey so some tears did fall but it was tears of joy to recall those good times.  

I got several post repaired...so happy dance  and got many more photos uploaded in prep to repair other posts all in 2017.   Tomorrow I want to get a spiral notebook, so I can make some notes of what  goes where...and so on....I think that will help me a lot going forward.  I've got notes all over the place so I need to get that in an organizer with tabs so it can be sorted by year in chronological order, that helps me most of all going in order of how it happened, 

So even tho I didnt move far from the chair today I was extremely busy...
 had to put the heat back on, it's pretty dang cold the high today was 46, and the rain makes it feel colder...a damp cold is the worst kind.  The dogs were in and out, mostly in. 

Guess what I had for dinner?  I made pancakes with Maple syrup...yum. made a stack of 4  and it was soooo good.  I had a black bean wrap for lunch so that was kinda my dinner..and then I decided to make a desert for dinner.  I would say try that too.  I had a mix that all I had to add was water.  Pretty good too. 

I think tomorrow is going to be okay in the early hours but then rain again in the afternoon so I will probably go out early for my notebook and the birds feeders need  to be topped off. 
Found out a squirrel has been getting on one feeder he is the one that broke it Im sure..,so I moved the suet pole which he was climbing and then getting on the other feeder...they never give up.

of a pair of binoculars"  Answer "eye pieces" LOL....now that would be a good one to pull at a birding field trip.

I think I mentioned I have been trying to replace the missing photos in my old blog posts, from my storage discs, thumb drives and anywhere else I've stashed them...ONE huge mistake I made was not downloading all the photos before I told Flickr to go **&^

So I thought I had them but no and my external hard drive will not boot up and shows basically that it is empty.  

I found a smattering of the photos on my Facebook..unfortunately not all and none from Mt St Helen's...IF I could get my pc tower to boot again...and Im going to try that soon  boot in safe mode possibly...there is only so many hours in a day.

So I downloaded 1600+ photos from facebook today. 

So I will be able to fill in a few blanks...it is going to take a little organization prior because they didn't download with my titles on them they have this lonnnnggggg string of numbers and letters senseless title, so I have to group them together and then get at it.

 

So the mechanic said $750 omg...and this is the exact same thing I paid  him $550 to do 4 yrs ago.  IT better be the fix....so it will be done end of week if Im lucky. He had no explanation as to why it went bad again but I know he didn't replace all the gears in there last time, Im speaking of the differential...so I guess he should have, he told me than it would cost $1200 to do all of them and if the big one was okay only $550.  I went for the low price.

I have to say today I felt really tired and not well...just the slightest exertion made my heart race, and made me feel like I may just fall over...so if I disappear, then you know why..my heart feels like it's doing back flips every so often all day long. 

The wind was cold again so I was only out doing chores for about 2 hours in the yard got the wood in for the fire, swept off the porch, filled the bird feeders and filled up their water baths, and not much else.  Ive eaten left overs from yesterday just need to feed the dogs then call it a day.

I forgot the mail won't run it's MLK day and a federal holiday....so my present to sis may not arrive on time, the card I sent brother in law took 5 days prior to Trump's slowing of the US Mail it would take only 3 days for a first class letter to go to Colorado from my mailbox.  I've already paid for and printed my label, did that online.  I've had a USPS account since I was an ebay seller for several years, and I still have it.  It comes in handy I can print my label and place it in the maibox. 

I had lots of ideas to share but for some reason cant think of another thing currently...so hope your Monday was  peaceful and good to you.
